We understand that from time to time things may go wrong, and if they do, we’re here to help. If you have a problem with your product or need another copy of the terms and conditions of your guarantee please get in touch.
Residential guarantees
All of our residential products are covered by a five-year warranty.
Commercial guarantees
All of our commercial products are guaranteed for 12 months.
If your guarantee has run out
Even if your guarantee has run out, we may still be able to help with repairs.
Accredited installers
We’re proud to be members of the British Blind and Shutter Association (BBSA). Always choose a BBSA member to ensure your installer is fully insured, trained, and abides by the Code of Conduct.
